Faulty or Damaged on Arrival

If your crate arrives faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may ask for photographs and a brief description of the issue so we can assess it quickly.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Damage Caused by Use

Dogs behave like dogs, and every dog is different. For this reason, we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by chewing, scratching, digging, force, or any other behaviour by your dog. Damage resulting from use, wear and tear, or dog-related activity is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Changed your mind ?

As our crates are large, carefully crafted items, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.

Care & Suitability

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the crate is suitable for their dog’s size, strength, and temperament. Our crates are designed to be sturdy and durable, but no wooden crate is indestructible.
