We ship our crates fully assembled and ready to use. This way you get the strongest and most durable crate.

Just because we send our crates fully assembled, doesn’t mean it will cost the earth.

We’ve tried to keep our postage fees low and use a courier with a low carbon footprint.

Hopefully you will love your new doggy home, but if for some reason there is an issue please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

If we’ve made a mistake our end you will not be expected to pay to return any item, don’t worry!

Depending on what crate you order, our standard processing & dispatch time is 4-5 working days. Then delivery is within 1-2 working days.
