We ship our crates fully assembled and ready to use because it means you get the strongest and most durable crate.

Just because we are sending our crates fully assembled it doesn’t mean it will cost the earth.

We’ve tried to keep our postage fees low and use a courier will a low carbon footprint.

Hopefully you will love your new doggy home but if for some reason there is an issue please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

If we made a mistake our end you will not be expected to pay to return any item don’t worry!

We will dispatch all of our orders within 3-5 working days and then it will be shipped to you within 1-2 working days.
